Pulwama terror attack: NIA team, Masood Azhar and Pakistan reach court to file charge sheet

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will document a charge sheet on Tuesday evening in the February 2019 Pulwama fear assault case, including the names of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JM) chief Maulana Masood Azhar, his sibling Abdul Raut Asghar, a few different officers of the terrorist association Will occur. NIA authorities have arrived at the court to record the charge sheet. 

Authorities said seven were arrested for their association in the shelling at the command of Pakistan. The 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) workforce was slaughtered in the assault that carried India and Pakistan to the edge of war. 

The charge sheet of over 5,000 pages has been done after an assessment by a gathering of Deputy Inspector General Sonia Narang and Superintendent of Police Rakesh Balwal. It will be reported under the watchful eye of a top NIA court in Jammu. Authorities said the charge sheet contains unquestionable verification – specific, material, and contingent confirmation – on Pakistan’s activity in the attack.

As per the office, Kucheya, an inhabitant of Kakapora, Hajibal in Jammu and Kashmir, protected the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militants the Pulwama assault at his home and assisted with completing the assault. The first guilty party remained in his house, and Kuche acquainted him with others too, who helped him stay and plan the assault. 

He also  gave cell phones to the Jaish-e-Mohammed aggressors, which helped in completing the assault. One of the mobiles made accessible was also used to record video clasps of terrorist Adil Ahmed Dar, which became a web sensation after the assault.
