Lockdown 4.0 Expected: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Will Address The Country At 8 pm Tonight.

The lockdown 3.0, announced to deal with Corona, is due on May 17. Before this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to address the country once again on May 12, i.e., tonight at 8 pm. It is being speculated that the states which are less in Corona may be less strict.

Actually, due to Corona, the economy is becoming dormant. The states are demanding the constant relief package. In such a situation, economic activities can be increased in countries where the case is under control, and despite the lockdown, significant relief can be given. According to sources, in his address, the Prime Minister will also have an opinion on the issue of migrant laborers as they have been seen in the most trouble in the three stages of lockdown.

Responsibility can be assigned to state governments.

On Monday, there was a discussion with the Chief Minister of all states to decide the zone. Many states had demanded to fix the zones themselves. In this meeting, Chief Ministers of 6 states strongly advocated increasing the lockdown. At the same time, CMs of states like Gujarat and Delhi had raised the issue of giving relief in lockdown to boost economic activities. In such a situation, it is believed that the responsibility of handling the next phase of lockdown can be given to the state governments.

These states are under control.

States like Goa, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Sikkim, Nagaland have Corona under control. In the Hindi belt states (Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand), there is an outcry from Corona. The economy has been severely affected due to the lockdown in these states. With the economy of the states concerned, it is believed to have a direct impact on the center. In such a situation, the Prime Minister can share the plan for exemption in these states in the fourth phase of lockdown.

Encourage Corona Commandos and thank them …

Here, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has clearly said that it is impossible to walk without lockdown. Corona’s havoc in the economic capital is such that every step has to be taken thoughtfully.

At the same time, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also supported increasing the lockdown. Tamil Nadu has also refused rail and air services. There has been a suggestion of a complete ban in the Red Zone from Rajasthan. In this way, given the situation of big states, the Prime Minister can make some big announcements there.
