International Yoga Day: The prime minister, Narendra Modi, addressed the country on the sixth International Yoga Day. He said that this day of International Yoga Day is a day of teamwork. What brings us mutually is the sum. Whatever ends the way, that is the sum.
During this crisis of Corona, people from all over the world took part in My Life – My Yoga video blogging competition, explaining how much enthusiasm for yoga is growing. Prime Minister Modi said that yoga could help in recovering our immunity.

- The Covid-19 virus primarily attacks our respiratory system, i.e., the respiratory system. The one that helps the most maximum in extending our respiratory system is Pranayama, that is, breathing exercise.
- In usual, Anulom Vilom Pranayama is also common. It is also helpful. But there are several examples of pranayama. In this, Sheetali, Kapalbhati, Bhramari, Bhastrika, all of them are there too; there are many.
- Today, Covid-19 patients are also benefiting from these techniques of yoga in large numbers all over the world. The power of yoga is helping them to win this disease.
- Swami Vivekananda used to say- “An ideal person is active even in the most uninhabited, and experiences complete peace even in extreme mobility.” This is an excellent ability for any person.
- In the Gita, Lord Krishna, while describing Yoga’s: ‘Yoga: Karmasu Kaushalam’, that is, the art of Karma is Yoga.
- PM Modi said that we had been told here- rich dietary diet, rich Chestasya Karmasu. It contains the dream-and-bodh-sāya, yogो bhavati pain. That is to say, the right food, the right sports, the own habits of sleeping and waking, and doing your work and your duties rightly is the sum.

The Ministry and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) have initiated an initiative to spread knowledge about yoga and motivate people into the ‘My Life-My Yoga’ video blogging competition. The Prime Minister started this competition on 31 May.
To participate in this competition, one has to upload a three-minute video of the three yoga processes (Kriya, Asana, Pranayam, Bandh, or Mudra), which will include a short video message about how these yoga processes have impacted their lives.
For the Indian contestants, the first, second, and third place in each category will be rewarded one lakh rupees, 50,000 rupees, and Rs 25,000, respectively. $ 2,500, $ 1,500 and 1, 000 dollars plus a trophy and certificate. This competition will end today
