15 Crore Transferred From Sushant Singh Rajput’s Bank A/c: CBI COP’s

After enrolling in an FIR of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, the CBI applied to the Supreme Court on Friday, trying to gather in actress Rhea Chakraborty’s supplication for the move of the Patna FIR to Mumbai.

Indeed, even as an SC seat headed by CJI S A Bobde excused a PIL looking for a test into the entertainer’s demise saying an outsider had no locus standi when family members of the expired were seeking after the case, Bihar police told the court that notwithstanding non-collaboration and obstacle by Mumbai police, its uncommon examination group had checked large withdrawal of cash from Rajput’s financial balance. This was as claimed by the late entertainer’s dad in an FIR held up in Patna.

Reacting to Rajput’s GF Chakraborty’s supplication in the SC for the move of the FIR, Bihar police through standing advice Keshav Mohan and supporter Santhosh Kumar told the court that Rajput’s dad had affirmed that she and her relatives had interacted with the entertainer. The last ended it all, with the sole thought process of getting crores of rupees from him.

SSP Upendra Sharma told the court, “The people from the SIT did examination wherein the Kotak Bank account details of the expired actor were checked, the details of which have been referenced in the FIR about guiding of cash by the candidate and other charged people.”

Bihar police said Rajput’s dad had asserted that “there was Rs 17 crore in the Kotak Bank record of the perished a year back. In any case, Rs 15 crore was moved to records of people not associated with the expired actor.”

“Forcible isolation of IPS official Vinay Tiwary is only an aftereffect of a bit of hindsight concerning Mumbai police planned for discouraging the examination by Patna police adequately obvious from the way that when the four people from the SIT went to Mumbai, they were not isolated. Be that as it may, when Tiwary arrived at Mumbai, he was persuasively isolated by the BMC,” he said.
