Imran Khan Sex Scandal: In the midst of the Corona pandemic, Pakistan is being the most talked about sex scandal where three major leaders including a previous Prime Minister Imran Khan have been exposed. American blogger Cynthia Ritchie, who lives in Islamabad, says that she was explicitly mishandled by three leaders of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
Richie alleged during the Facebook Live session that he was raped in 2011 by the then Home Minister Rehman Malik. The incident happened when she was at Malik’s house and the intoxicating substance was added to her drink.
During the Facebook Live Cynthia Ritchie revealed “ She was raped in 2011 by the Pakistani Home Minister Rehman Malik .The incident happened when she was at Malik’s house and the intoxicating substance was added to her drink.
She has also been accused by the former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. Also, former federal minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin is facing similar charges.
Richie also says that not only these three leaders were involved in sexually abusing him. Some leaders of former PM Nawaz Sharif’s party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) also tried to take advantage of them.
Why was it revealed after the 9 years?
The whole issue started in late May, when Richie asserted that previous Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto requested his watchmen to assault ladies who had relations with her better half. After this, the PPP opened a front against Richie and after seven days, Richie made an embarrassment by blaming PPP leaders for ambush and assault.
Richie’s photos are being shared with senior military leaders on social media. The blogger says that he had told the US Embassy about the rape incident in 2011, but no one paid much attention. On Twitter, Richie’s supporters are calling his allegations anti-national, anti-Pakistan.
We cannot say anything about this with complete claims, but this scandal has given the Prime Minister of Pakistan a chance to launch a political tool against his opponents. At the same time, if Richie’s allegations are true, it exposes the black face of the political elite of Pakistan
