After Dravid, A Complaint Was Filed Against Virat Kohli In This Case, And An Investigation Will Be Done.

Earlier, complaints were lodged against many more famous players, including Rahul Dravid, and now Indian captain Virat Kohli (#ViratKohli) is also surrounded! A complaint has been filed against Virat Kohli (#ViratKohli) for conflict of interest.

The matter has reached the Court of Cricket Control Board of India (BCCI), and Lokpal DK Jain is looking into the matter. A long time ago, the Lokpal also questioned Rahul Dravid, and the issue was severely criticized, but Dravid replied, and he was found correct in the investigation.

Not only Rahul Dravid, this case, and many other legendary cricketers had to answer to the Lokpal. And this recent high-profile of Indian captain Virat Kohli (#ViratKohli) and the first case of any member of the current Team India will face a situation of conflict of interest.

DK Jain said that yes, I had received a complaint against Virat in the case of Conflict of Interest, and I am looking into this matter. I am investigating this and will decide what can be done in this matter. If this complaint meets the rules, they will be given a chance to speak before any action against Virat. They need to be allowed to present their case. In this case, also I will follow the same procedure, which I have done before.

This complaint has been filed on behalf of Sanjeev Gupta, a life member of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association. In this complaint, he has said that Kohli currently holds two posts and is in violation of Rule 38 (4) of BCCI. Sanjeev Gupta gave an example of businesses where Kohli is in the role of owner or director.

Gupta said that I have very politely asked the Lokpal to leave one of the two posts to Virat Kohli. He also said that the motive for filing a complaint, in this case, is 100 percent in line with the constitution of BCCI made by Justice Lodha and approved by the Supreme Court, and he has no personal agenda behind it.
