#LiquorInDelhi: Kejriwal Govt Imposes “Special Corona Fee” to Liquor Buyers in Delhi with 70% Hike

Liquor In Delhi: Delhi CM Kejriwal led Delhi Government has hiked “Special Corona Fees” of 70% tax on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the liquor in Delhi. Now the knowing fact will be how Delhi Sarabi(Alcohol Users) will react on it after the hike of 70% taxes on MRP as Special Corona Fee.

Delhi Government gave orders to open Liquor shops in Delhi from 4th May but after seeing the reaction of liquor buyers in Delhi, Govt decided to shut down the wine shops again. After some discussion on the concerned topic, CM Arvind Kejriwal and staff decided to open all English wine shops in Delhi with some more charges.

On Monday, all Sarabi(liquor buyers) were violating the social distancing rules during the Covid_19 crises. When Police saw that no one is following the social distancing rules in front of Daru ka Theka(wine shops) Police and authorities decided to shut down them again. That’s why Kejriwal Sarkaar decided to hike 70% of the fee for alcohol buyers in Delhi, which will be applicable from Tuesday morning. In this way, Sarkar will get some money and get lil bit hike in the economy.
