Did you know there are several ways to tie a tie? The most popular ones being full Windsor and half Windsor knot. Here we shall explore the four-in-hand knot and the trinity knot.

How to Tie a Four-in-Hand Knot

This knot works best for wide neckties in heavy fabrics. If you’re hoping to dress up in a traditional look, wear a standard button down dress shirt with this knot. With the following steps, you can tie this up in a matter of minutes!

STEP 1: To begin with, raise the shirt collar and drape the tie around the neck with the wide end on the right side. It should extend roughly 12 inches below the narrow end.

STEP 2: Bring the wide part of the tie over the narrow part.

STEP 3: Then bring the wide part under the narrow part.

STEP 4: Now bring the wide side back over the top of the narrow part.

STEP 5: Follow the wide side of the tie up through the large loop at the neck.

STEP 6: With the knot being loose, insert the wide end in a downward direction through the loop in front.

STEP 7: Hold the bottom narrow part of the tie with one hand and slide the knot upward with the other until snug. Lower the shirt collar.

How to Tie a Pratt Knot

Pratt knot looks stylish on any dress shirt. This knot is thinner than the Windsor knot  (https://thegoodwhims.com/lifestyle/how-to-tie-a-tie-a-step-by-step-guide/) and works well with light to medium weight ties. The Pratt knot is just a few simple steps:
