Twitter Made a Big Announcement, Saying- “Now Our Employees Will Always Work From Home”

Twitter said on Tuesday that it is not going to open its office before September. With this, Twitter made a big announcement that even after the end of the coronavirus, most of its employees will ‘work from home’ forever.

Twitter said, “It has been proven in the last months that we can do this. So if our employees are in such a position that they can work from home and they want to do this forever then we will let it happen.

The San Francisco-based company in the US said that in the wake of the epidemic, it was among the first companies to provide work from home since the month of March. With this, the company also said that its policy will continue. 

The Twitter spokesperson said, “We immediately got into action and allowed employees to work from home. We have always emphasized decentralization. Also supported a workforce capable of working from anywhere.”   

Twitter said, “It has been proven in the last months that we can do this. So if our employees are in such a position that they can work from home and they want to do this forever then we will let it happen.” ” 

Twitter said that if circumstances allow it, it will slowly open any of its offices one by one with utmost care and caution.    

According to the Twitter spokesperson, “It will be our own decision as to when to open the offices. If our employees return, we will be there. Except for a few exceptions, the offices will not open before September. When we decide to open the office Then it will not be the same. ” 

Let us tell you that Google and Facebook have already announced that by the end of this year most of its employees will work from home.
